Author of three acclaimed books, "Visualizing Business" (2023), "The Age of Smart Information" (2019) and "Envisioning Holograms" (2017), M. Pell has spent over three decades pushing the tech industry’s boundaries well beyond innovative design into the realm of true breakthroughs.
Today, many of those breakthroughs are embedded in our everyday lives – including Apple’s stylized Font menu (1984), pioneering 3D work on the original Metaverse (1995), and most significantly, inventing Adobe Acrobat’s PDF (1990) – which Pell hacked together in just a matter of days, bridging what was considered the great insurmountable tech divide between Apple and Microsoft at the time.
